Maryland HT & Area II Championships

It was a bit of “divide and conquer” for the team last week with Joe coaching at the Area II Championships and then both Joe and Martin competing at Piedmont Jumpers. Despite the truly horrid weather everyone did well finishing in the ribbons and on the podium. The highlight for sure was Lindsey with Lucky winning the Beginner Novice Championships! Gus (Harthill Diamond) heads to the CCI3* at Morven Park this week so wish us luck!

10/1-2: The Maryland Horse Trials III & Area II Championships (Adamstown, MD)

• Lindsey Morris with Lucky Charm: 1st in Beginner Novice Championships

9/29-10/2: Piedmont Jumper Classic (Upperville, VA)

• Martin with TFSH’s Frame Severine: 8th in $200 Take 2 TB Jumper 1.0m + 8th in $200 Take 2 TB Jumper 1.0m + 1st in 1.0m Piedmont Young Jumper + 2nd in 1.0m Piedmont Young Jumper
• Martin with Madison Solosi’s Harthill Diamond: 5th in 1.10m Jumper + 4th in $500 1.20m Jumper
• Martin with Nancy Quaranto’s The Little Prince: 3rd in $500 1.20m Jumper
• Joe with Lindsey Morris’ Populist Tap RVF: 5th in $200 Take 2 TB Jumper 1.0m + 7th in $200 Take 2 TB Jumper 1.0m
