We’re looking for a full-time Barn Manager/Head Groom: Located in the heart of Virginia horse country, The Frame Sport Horses is looking to hire a barn manager/head groom to work side-by-side with head trainer Martin Douzant and associate trainer Joe DeSantis.
This person will be responsible for the day-to-day care of our 15-20 horse program, with horses ranging from 2-year-olds through FEI competitors. Drama-free, professional training & sales barn. Prior experience with show horses is ideal. Generally does not include mucking stalls.
This is a full-time, salaried position. Housing not included but willing to help find/arrange if not local. Can discuss board if needed.
