Lex is an elegant, narrow-built gelding with all the qualities to shine in the jumpers or eventing. With a naturally scopey jump and a rhythm that makes every round look effortless, he offered the kind of talent and athleticism that sets him apart.
Brought along thoughtfully by his junior rider, Lex proved himself in the show ring, consistently finishing in the top three at starter trials. While he competed through Beginner Novice, he showed scope well beyond that height. Lex schooled to 1.20m with a professional with ease and demonstrated bravery and confidence across cross-country questions. He was a pleasure to hack, safe on the roads and trails, and happy to go in a simple snaffle. He was a joy to work in the ring with competitive flatwork and elegant movement.
