The Frame Sport Horses is looking to add to our team
We are currently looking for a Young Horse Rider/Barn Manager/Groom on our property in Middleburg, VA. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of our expansive training facility, and working with some incredible young horses. **No stall cleaning!**
While prior horse experience is a plus, we are open to training the right candidate who embodies enthusiasm, diligence, and a passion for equine care. This roles is an integral part of our team, contributing to the well-being and success of our horses and riders. We value a collaborative team approach and seek an individual who thrives in such an environment, and can anticipate the needs of the team.
In addition to a competitive salary, we’re open to offering housing, board for a horse, and riding/showing opportunities depending on experience.
