Waredaca Classic Three Day and Horse Trials
This past weekend at the Waredaca Classic Three Day and Horse Trials was nothing short of incredible! Thank you to all of the volunteers who make this event possible.
First and foremost, we’re ecstatic to share how well all of Martin’s rides went. It was ambitious to compete six horses, and the outcome was beyond our expectations.
Thora Pollak’s Beall Spring Chanel, ridden by Martin, soared to the top securing a blue ribbon in the Open Beginner Novice. Tori Miller’s Casper’s Run delivered an outstanding performance, claiming another blue in Open Modified with Martin. Tom Aronson’s Homefortheweekend and Martin put in a solid ride earning them 3rd in the Open Novice. Johnny Walker owned by Darcie Shipka and Martin continued their success finishing 2nd in Open Training. And Kerstin and Sarah Crutchfield’s High Rock clinched a fantastic top-ten finish with Martin in the Open Beginner Novice.
Additionally, one of our incredible sale horses got to come out and show off with Martin in the irons. Bourbon At Midnight took 4th in Open Novice. This extraordinary horse is waiting for his next rider to take the reins!
We’re also beaming with pride for our talented students. Lindsey Morris and Lucky Charm secured 1st place in Beginner Novice-B, while Silvio Pappalardo and Pure Biz claimed 1st in Novice Rider-A.
And not to be outdone- Joe was across the country in California handling horses at the Young Horse Show Series Regional Finals! We cannot wait to see everyone at the finals in Tryon!
This weekend was a testament to hard work, dedication, and teamwork of all involved- riders, horses, and our entire support team. We could not be more thrilled!
