Cash is the kind of horse that makes a professional rider excited about the possibilities. He is a striking, expressive horse with a genuinely kind temperament and an eagerness to please that makes him a pleasure to develop. He is currently green under saddle, but that is also part of his appeal: Cash is a true blank slate, ready for his next rider to shape his education and choose his direction.
Cash is by Michelangelo P out of Victorian Power (SJ’s Caviar), combining the presence and movement of his Friesian breeding with proven sport horse bloodlines. He has the size, expression, and quality to make a lovely dressage prospect, and we think he has plenty of room to develop into a very special riding horse with the right education.
For all his size and greenness, Cash is exceptionally pleasant to have around. He is easy to handle, trim, bathe, and load, and is gentle and respectful on the ground. He can be nervous in new environments, but his response is to try rather than resist. He genuinely wants to please his riders and handlers, making him straightforward to work with. Cash is best suited to a professional or experienced amateur working closely with a trainer. He is not a junior horse at this stage of his education; his size, expressive movement, and greenness require a confident rider who can give him clear direction while allowing him the time to develop.
For someone looking for a quality young horse to produce their own way, Cash offers an exciting opportunity. He may not know exactly what he’s doing yet, but he is very willing to learn, and that is a pretty good place to start.
